Check your inbox to unlock your downloadable Digital Onboarding Packet once we approve your new guest form. Usually within a few minutes but no more than 24-48 hours outside of normal business hours (Tues-Sat).

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open your inbox: Look for an email from Bernadette Bickel Hair Studio with the subject: “Action Required: Complete your booking with Bernadette Bickel Hair Studio”

  2. Check Spam/Promotions: If you don't see it in 5 minutes, check your spam folder. Drag it to your primary inbox so you don't miss your download.

  3. Click Confirm: Click the big button inside that email to book your appointment.

  4. If you still do not see an email from us, please reach out to the salon @267-806-6305.
