I am Bernadette and I’m a stylist and salon owner in Bucks County, PA. I was born and raised in Philadelphia in the Port Richmond area.

Being a hair stylist has given me a creative outlet and a place that I can be myself. I have always known that I would take this career path, but never dreamed of all the amazing places it would take me. Since 2020, I went from working in a big salon setting to being a salon suite owner and now commission salon owner. It was the best decision I’ve made for my career and my family and I couldn't be happier.

In my free time I enjoy listening to music with my husband, DIY projects in my home and I volunteer for the local girls basketball league in my area. This allows me to see my girls play and also be a strong role model for young girls in my community. During the shut down I did a number of home improvements which gave me some peace while not being able to be creative behind the chair. I have a growing collection of vinyl records, band tees and concert ticket stubs dating back to 1994. Besides singing in the car, one of my favorite things to do is seeing live music!

I’m an on again off again runner and pre-Covid I enjoyed group fitness and spinning. I’m currently addicted to Orange Theory Fitness, I rejoined in August after a nearly 3.5 year hiatus. I forgot how much I loved it and now I can’t get enough.

Hey, Curlies! My name is Carmela Dipasquale, an Italian American girl born and raised in Northeast Philly. I love being a Philly girl, but my background stems from the beautiful country of Italy. I traveled a lot back and forth to Italy most of my life to visit the other half of my family, it is my favorite place to go to! Growing up I always knew I wanted to be in the beauty industry. I just love all things beauty, whether it be fashion, hair, makeup, and or shopping. Being behind the chair I feel that I can be my truest self each and every day. My hair story began in a well-known local salon in bucks county where I assisted all the amazing stylists and apprenticed under the owner. I started off by specializing in cutting and now I specialize in dimensional balayage and brunettes. I always had a love for curly hair, being a curly girl myself I understand the struggles. My mission behind the chair is to teach you how to love your curls and embrace whatever the texture. I know having curly hair can be a challenge at times so I’m here to help you through your struggles so you can keep away from the flat iron and get out the diffuser. I strive to help my fellow curlies embrace who they are. I have been happily creating amazing hair behind the chair for about 6 years now. I’ve been with Bernadette for two years and I am so excited to see where this journey continues to take me. I am living my dream job working with curls and helping other women gain confidence and self expression. In my free time, I love cooking my favorite traditional Italian dishes with a glass of white wine alongside me as I cook. Cooking is one of the few things that relaxes me.You can also find me shopping or spending time with my family, friends, amazing boyfriend Michael, and our little Frenchie pup Dolce! I also love to run, I rather do that than lift weights! I danced for 12 years and it’s still one of my favorite things to do. Staying active is an essential thing for me to feel my best physically and mentally. Especially because I like to eat. Another fun fact about me is that I’m trilingual (so i've been told), I speak Italian, english, and Philadelphian LOL! Anyway, I look forward to meeting you all and having you in my chair. Hi everyone I’m Angelina! A stylist born in Northeast Philadelphia and raised in Bucks county. I’ve always been very creative and had an interest with style. I am the go to person in my family for hair and makeup. It was always natural to me and I loved making everyone feel beautiful and confident. I entered the Beauty community in 2019 when I took summer night classes to get my makeup certificate, then started cosmetology school in the fall! Once I graduated in 2020 I started at a family owned salon as an assistant shampooing for the stylists! I then was an apprentice under the owner of the salon learning cutting techniques and color from educational classes. Being behind the chair give me such a sense of peace. I love having creative direction, making people feel heard and seen, and provide them with information they can use to do their hair at home!

When I’m not behind the chair I’m often with my family, friends, and my amazing boyfriend Dylan. I enjoy listening to music and going to concerts, traveling to new places, and signing along to the occasional Disney movie! Every time I travel I make sure to bring home a souvenir to signify my favorite part of the trip! Recently I traveled over 1,000 miles to attend a concert and was able to bring home a signed poster! A new goal in my life is to do things that make me uncomfortable to help me grow and try things I might have never known I enjoyed!

I’m a newly addicted fitness person! I enjoy everything from stretching and yoga to weight training and even using the sauna. I love the feeling of clarity I get after a workout that will last me the rest of my day!

Hi! My name is Caitlin. I was born and raised in Northeast Philly before moving to Bucks County at 17 years old. I’m the oldest of five brothers and one sister, and a mama to the sweetest, funniest boy. I am currently a student at Jean Madeline Aveda Institute and will be finishing with my license this summer! In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my boy, watching Netflix, seeing live music and going to as many Phillies games as possible!

Before going to cosmetology school I worked in childcare for 8 years and tried college a few times (LOL), but always knew that deep down I wanted to work in the beauty industry. I love that it’s a profession where you can fully express yourself as well as work your creativity on others and make them feel their best. My aunt became a hair stylist when I was a kid and I have always been amazed watching her transform my hair as well as everyone else’s. It took a lot of guts and building my self confidence, and I finally took the leap to follow her footsteps at 27 years old. (It’s never too late to start over!) I am currently shampooing and assisting in the salon, and watching these ladies work their magic and make it look so effortless never fails to amaze me! I cant wait to be behind the chair alongside them.
