Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and we truly value the opportunity to care for your hair. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to shift. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer that time to another guest.
Appointments changed or canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled services. In some cases, a deposit may be required to book future appointments. If late cancellations or no-shows become a pattern, we may need to reevaluate our ability to continue working together.
Same-day cancellations—including anything within 24 hours of your appointment—will also be subject to the full service fee.
No calls/no shows:
If you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance—by phone or text—it will be considered a No Call / No Show. In these cases, the full cost (100%) of the scheduled service will be charged.
Consistent no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
Credit Card Required:
A credit card is required to be kept on file to schedule an appointment. 48 hours notice is required to cancel or make any changes to an appointment. In the case that 48 hours notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, your credit card will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled. No Call/ No Shows and same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service that was scheduled.
Tardiness
If you are running late to your appointment, please call ahead to let me know. If you arrive beyond 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and a cancellation fee will apply.
Refunds
All services and products are non-refundable. We always strive to ensure you're happy with your experience, so if you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out within 7 days of your appointment. We are committed to working with you to find a solution that leaves you feeling confident and cared for.
Confirmation Text
As a courtesy, 72 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text that you will need to reply to. If you do not confirm and I am unable to reach you to confirm that appointment, your appointment could be cancelled and a fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee.
Clothing Disclaimer:
While we do our best to protect your clothing during color services, we recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting a little messy—just in case. Bucks County Curls is not responsible for any damage to clothing that may occur during your appointment. Color can sometimes stain fabric, even with the use of protective coverings.
To be safe, we suggest avoiding high-collared or light-colored garments during your color service.
